ClaudIA Fisio does not start from scratch. Underneath it runs the same engine and the same management software beauty salons and dental clinics already use every day, and it inherits from dental the part that is hardest to build properly: handling health data under article 9 of the GDPR, with its access control, its data minimisation and its processing agreement.
What changes is how a physiotherapy clinic works: the first assessment, the course of sessions, the package being used up, the insurer, and a schedule that has to line up practitioner and room at the same time.
What it does
- Answers WhatsApp, Instagram and the phone at any hour, including when the clinic is closed or you are mid-session.
- Asks what it needs in order to offer the right time: the reason for the visit, whether it is a first visit or a follow-up, whether they are coming through an insurer, and whether they have a package open.
- Faced with an urgent reason it does not assess severity and does not ask for clinical detail: it offers the first free slot, passes you the reason exactly as the patient described it and alerts your team right away.
- It does not assess, diagnose or recommend a treatment. It takes the reason down and leaves it written for the practitioner who sees them.
- Keeps count of session packages: how many each patient has used and how many are left, deducted when the session closes and with no separate sheet.
- Books against a schedule that lines up practitioner and room at once, with the real duration of each kind of session.
- Books, moves and cancels from the same chat, with nobody having to call to change a time.
- Reminds every session and asks for an answer: whoever confirms is marked, and whoever cancels frees the slot.
- Keeps the patient's record with the reason, their insurer, the reference for their informed consent and the practitioner's minimal notes, with access restricted to those who should see them.
- Gives the clinic its own booking page with its brand, and tells you which kinds of session fill the schedule and which days stay quiet.
