How it is calculated
No magic: it is a simple, transparent estimate based on your own figures. The formula is this:
Unanswered enquiries × % who wanted to book × % who never try again × average appointment value = daily loss. Multiplied by the days you open per month (and by twelve) gives you the monthly and yearly loss.
Both percentages are adjustable because every business is different. By default we use conservative assumptions (half the enquiries are looking to book and some of them never try again), but you can move them to see your real scenario. It is a guide for deciding with numbers, not an exact figure.
