About us
We are a Spanish team building AI virtual assistants so that no small business loses a client because nobody could answer. Thousands of appointments handled every day in businesses across Spain, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru and Ecuador. This is our story.
How it started
ClaudIA was born in a salon that lost clients over something as simple as not being able to pick up the phone or reply to a WhatsApp message while looking after someone.
Every call that rang unanswered, every message left without a reply, was a client who went to the competition. Not for lack of will, but for lack of hands: when you have a person in front of you, you cannot be in two places at once.
One day the question that changed everything came up: what if the business could always answer, even when nobody is free to do it? ClaudIA came out of that question.
What we do
We build AI virtual assistants: ClaudIA answers WhatsApp, Instagram and phone calls, and uses what it learns in each conversation to run the schedule, the client records, the reminders, the loyalty programme and the reports. At any hour, including when the business is closed.
It is one AI engine, specialised by sector so it speaks the language of each business. Today it works in beauty salons, dental clinics, dog grooming salons and physiotherapy clinics.
Where we work
We are a Spanish company and we sell in every country. These ones also have their own site, with prices in the local currency: Spain, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, United States, Mexico, Peru, Portugal, United Kingdom, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, Venezuela.
ClaudIA answers in several languages, adapts to the local phone format and works with each business's own hours, so there is nothing to adapt in order to open a new country. Data is hosted in the European Union.
What we believe
We stand up for small businesses. A neighbourhood hair salon or a family dental clinic deserve the same technology as the big chains, without punishing booking commissions and while keeping ownership of their relationship with their clients.

We are with you during setup and day to day. Being a small team, support is direct and changes arrive fast.
Independence for your business
Your clients are yours. No intermediaries charging a commission on every booking and no platforms keeping your relationship with them.
Compliance
Consent, opting out of notices and exporting your client base are in the product, not in a form you have to request. What expires deletes itself, and Verifactu invoicing is in preparation.
Data in the EU
Your business's information and your clients' data are hosted in the European Union.
The team
When a business writes to us, they speak directly with the people who build the product, not with a call centre.
We work close to every business we serve. We listen to what the people running a salon every day actually need and turn it into concrete product improvements, and those improvements reach every business at once: whatever improves on a Tuesday is there on Wednesday in Toledo and in Quito.
