Solutions · Veterinary clinics

The virtual assistant that answers your veterinary clinic.

In a veterinary clinic, messages do not wait for the consultation to end: someone wants the annual vaccine, someone asks whether there is a slot today, someone writes worried at night. ClaudIA Vet answers for you on WhatsApp and Instagram — and in Spain, on the phone too —, books with the right vet and in the right room and, when something may be urgent, does not assess it: it takes down the reason and alerts your team at once.

The challenges of veterinary clinics

The consultation does not stop to answer

With an animal on the table nobody answers a WhatsApp. Every unanswered message is a vaccine given at another clinic.

Urgent cases arrive mixed in with the usual

Among ten booking requests comes one that cannot wait, and if nobody reads it in time, the owner goes to another clinic or waits too long.

Every pet has its own calendar

Vaccines, deworming and check-ups fall due on different dates for each animal, and keeping track from memory or in a notebook means losing appointments that were already yours.

How ClaudIA helps

  • Answers WhatsApp and Instagram at any hour, including at night and on public holidays; in Spain, the phone too.
  • Books with the vet and in the room the visit needs — consultation room, operating theatre, X-ray or grooming — without two appointments clashing.
  • When something may be urgent it asks nothing about symptoms and does not assess it: it takes down the reason as given, alerts your team at once and offers the first appointment; out of hours, it gives your emergency number.
  • It never names or doses a medicine: that question belongs to the vet, and ClaudIA takes it to them.
  • Gives you your own booking page with the clinic's brand: clients pick the service and the time, and the appointment lands in your schedule. No apps, no sign-up and no commission per appointment.

And once the appointment is booked

  • Keeps a record for every pet hanging off its owner, with species, breed, microchip and neutering; health and allergies are noted for the team and kept out of the AI's reach.
  • Writes to each owner when their pet is due back — for the annual vaccine, for the check-up —, with the interval you set for each service and the pet's name.
  • Consent signed from the phone through a private link, with its PDF kept.
  • Packages with the visits left, the clinic's reports and, in Spain, the team's working-hours records.

Frequently asked questions from veterinary clinics

Does ClaudIA give veterinary advice?

No, and on purpose. It asks nothing about symptoms, does not judge severity and never says something can wait: it takes down the reason in the owner's own words, alerts your team at once and offers the first appointment. Out of hours, it gives the emergency number the clinic has set.

Can it recommend a medicine or a dose?

No. ClaudIA never names, recommends or doses medicines, nor says whether a human one will do. If the owner insists, it tells them that is for the vet to say and alerts your team.

Does it get in touch when a pet is due back?

Yes. Each service carries the interval you set — the annual vaccine at twelve months, a check-up at six — and when it comes round ClaudIA writes to the owner, with the pet's name, and offers a time.

Do I have to give up the veterinary software I already use?

No. The clinical records stay in your software; ClaudIA runs the relationship with the owner — the schedule, the pet's record, the reminders and the due-back nudges — which is what lives today in the front desk's WhatsApp.

What if the clinic also offers grooming?

Grooming is just another service: ClaudIA asks breed, size and the state of the coat only for those services and books with their real duration. Dog grooming salons without a vet have their own site, soyclaudiapet.com.
