ClaudIA for beauty salons

Your beauty business, answered at any hour.

ClaudIA is the AI virtual assistant that answers your clients for you: it replies, informs and books while your hands are busy. Here we explain what it does; on its own site you will see how it works and the plans.

The whole beauty sector, not just hairdressing.

Thousands of appointments handled every day in businesses across Spain, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru and Ecuador. Hair salons, barbershops, nails, aesthetics, brows and lashes, massage and hair removal: ClaudIA does not assume your business is a hair salon — it talks about your services, with your price bands and the time each one really takes.

And it does not stop at the appointment. The record with the colour formula, the prepaid packages with their sessions in sight, the loyalty programme clients check over WhatsApp, the campaigns for whoever has not been back in a while and the salon's reports all live in the same place.

What happens in a salon with ClaudIA, from the call to the appointment.

ClaudIA answers a call at Salón Ricitos de Oro. On WhatsApp, a client asks whether there is anything on Friday afternoon for a cut; ClaudIA offers 17:30 with Lucía and the appointment goes into the schedule, with its reminder for the day before. When someone cancels, the waiting list offers that slot to whoever was waiting for it, who accepts it in the same chat. Illustrative example: names and details are fictitious. The video is in Spanish.

What it does

  • Answers WhatsApp and Instagram messages, and phone calls.
  • Books appointments on its own, at any hour, including when your business is closed.
  • Sends automatic reminders to cut gaps and no-shows.
  • Runs your schedule and keeps it up to date.
  • Keeps each client's colour formula, with its history, on their record.
  • Brings your clients across from your phone's contacts, without typing a single record.
  • Keeps the prepaid packages with the sessions in sight, and warns you if one is about to expire with sessions left.
  • Sends campaigns to your client base and writes to whoever has not been back in a while.
  • Gives you the salon's reports: takings, peak hours and where each new client comes from.
  • Gives the salon its own booking page with its brand, so the link can go on your Google listing, your Instagram bio, or a QR code to print and stick on the door.
  • Runs your loyalty programme: every visit adds up on its own, and clients ask over WhatsApp how far they are from their reward.
  • Asks for a deposit on the services you choose, so a no-show does not leave your afternoon empty (in Spain, paid by Bizum).
  • Runs the team accounts with their permissions and, in Spain, the working-hours records.

Integrations: it works with what you already use

You do not have to change software or migrate anything: ClaudIA sits in front of what you already have. If the program you work with today syncs with Google Calendar — most do — ClaudIA fits alongside it through there.

  • Google Calendar, both ways: the appointments ClaudIA books appear in your calendar, and whatever you write in yourself it treats as busy time.
  • Your Google listing (Business Profile): ClaudIA gives you the link you paste into the appointment-link field, and your listing starts showing a booking button. Another one for your Instagram and your Facebook, with a QR code for the front desk.
  • Google reviews: it asks for them after a good visit, and if something went wrong the complaint reaches you privately before it reaches Google.
  • Your clients, from the software you already use: you export a CSV — every program can — and they load in a few minutes, without typing a single record.
  • Or from your phone's contacts, if that is where you keep them: you upload them and pick one by one who is a client.
  • Nothing is duplicated on the way in: the reference is the phone number or the email, and the records you already had are never overwritten.

What it costs

€59a month + VAT, on the Esencial plan — in Spain
  • The first month is free, and no card is needed to try it.
  • There is no commission per booking and no percentage of what you invoice, in any country, and no lock-in: you pay month to month and leave whenever you want. In Spain there is no sign-up fee either.
  • Each country has its own site with prices in its own currency: they are all further down, in the country list.
