You do not stop a bath halfway to pick up the phone, least of all with scissors near an ear. ClaudIA Pet answers on WhatsApp, Instagram and the phone, asks what actually needs asking — size, breed, the state of the coat and how the dog behaves — and books the appointment with its real duration. It never gives an opinion on the animal's health: if something sounds like a problem, it sends them to a vet.

ClaudIA Pet does not start from scratch. Underneath it runs the same engine and the same management software that beauty salons and dental clinics already use every day: the schedule, the client record, the reminders, the campaigns, the reports, the team accounts and the working-hours records are built and proven.
What changes is everything around a grooming salon: the trade's own vocabulary, services priced by size, a record for every pet, and the nudge when it is time to come back.
What it does
- Answers WhatsApp, Instagram and the phone at any hour, including when the salon is closed and when your hands are full.
- Before offering a time it asks what changes the job: size, breed, the state of the coat and how the dog behaves.
- Books with the time that service actually takes at that size, not a generic slot that will not fit later.
- Gives a price range and makes clear the final amount is settled on seeing the animal: matting is not priced over the phone.
- Anything that sounds like health — a wound, a limp, a lump, itching, parasites — gets no opinion: it refers them to a vet and alerts your team.
- Keeps a record for every pet with its breed, size, coat type, temperament and what does not agree with it, hanging off the owner: one person can bring three dogs and each keeps their own.
- Gets in touch when the next bath is due, counting from the last visit and with the interval you set for each service.
- Gives the salon its own booking page with its brand, so the link can go on the Google listing, the Instagram bio, or a QR code to print and stick on the door.
- Reminds every appointment so nobody misses it, and whoever says they cannot come frees the slot for someone else.
- Runs the team accounts with their permissions, the salon's reports and, in Spain, the working-hours records.
